About Us

Hi, I’m Marshall Burns, a licensed residential builder based in Rock Hill, South Carolina and the founder of Burns Custom Homes.

My journey into construction started with a love for creating — for turning ideas into tangible spaces where people can build their lives. What began as a personal passion grew into a purpose-driven business rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and service.

Our Foundation

At the heart of everything I do is my commitment to faith and family. These two pillars guide not only my life but how I run this company. I believe in doing honest work, treating others with respect, and building homes that support strong families and lasting memories.

It’s more than just walls and a roof — it’s where faith is lived out, families grow, and life unfolds.
